These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and pjko ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at https://pjko.lat and all associated sub-pages, mobile web interfaces, and related services (collectively, "the Platform").

By completing the account registration process on pjko, accessing any part of the Platform, or placing any wager or bet through the Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not register an account and must not use the Platform.

pjko reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be communicated via a notice on the Platform and, where appropriate, by email to the address registered on your account. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Access to and use of the pjko Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. pjko strictly prohibits access by persons under the age of 21. We reserve the right to request documentary proof of age at any point and to suspend or close any account where satisfactory age verification cannot be provided.
• Jurisdiction: You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. • Exclusion status: You must not have previously self-excluded from the pjko Platform or have had an account closed by pjko for a violation of these Terms. Attempting to re-register following a self-exclusion or account closure is a breach of these Terms.
• Own account: You must be registering on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any other person.

pjko reserves the right to conduct identity and eligibility verification checks at any stage of the account lifecycle. Failure to cooperate with verification requests may result in temporary account restriction or permanent closure.

To access the full range of services offered by pjko, including placing bets, playing casino games, and making deposits and withdrawals, you must create a registered account on the Platform. The following conditions apply to account registration and ongoing account management:

• One account per player: Each individual may hold only one registered account on the pjko Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers, is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, pjko reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held within them.
• Accurate information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued in connection with your account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. pjko will not be liable for any losses suffered as a result of unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.
• Notification of breach: If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify pjko immediately by contacting [email protected]. pjko may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation.
• Account currency: All pjko accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No currency conversion is applied to your account balance; amounts deposited, wagered, and withdrawn are all processed in BDT.

pjko supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The following terms apply to all payment transactions processed through the Platform:

• Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method selected and the Player's account verification status.
• Deposit processing: Mobile wallet deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to the Player's pjko account within 30 seconds of a successful transaction confirmation. Processing times for card deposits may vary.
• Deposit fees: pjko does not charge fees on deposits made via bKash or Nagad. Fees applicable to other payment methods will be disclosed at the time of transaction. Third-party fees charged by your payment provider are outside pjko's control and are borne by the Player.
• Withdrawal eligibility: Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to make a deposit on the same account, subject to KYC verification having been completed to pjko's satisfaction. pjko reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawal processing times: pjko aims to process withdrawal requests to mobile wallets within 24 hours of approval. Processing times may be longer during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.
• Own funds: You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted. Where a third-party deposit is identified, pjko reserves the right to reverse the transaction, suspend the account, and report the matter as required.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your payment provider in respect of a legitimate pjko transaction is a breach of these Terms. pjko reserves the right to close the account, forfeit the balance, and pursue recovery of any disputed amounts where a chargeback is found to be unjustified.

pjko may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible Players. The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotions unless specific promotional terms state otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to a wagering requirement, which specifies the number of times the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, as stated in the specific promotional terms) must be wagered before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be requested. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific promotional terms for each offer.
• Eligibility: Not all promotions are available to all Players. Eligibility criteria may include account verification status, minimum deposit amounts, geographic location, or other factors specified in the promotional terms. pjko reserves the right to exclude any Player from a promotion at its sole discretion.
• One bonus per household: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, promotional offers are limited to one per Player, per household, per IP address, and per device. Attempts to claim a promotion multiple times through the creation of duplicate accounts will be treated as a breach of these Terms.
• Bonus expiry: Bonus funds and any associated wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified in the promotional terms. Uncompleted bonuses will expire and be removed from the Player's account at the end of the applicable period.
• Game restrictions: Certain game types may be excluded from contributing to the wagering requirement, or may contribute at a reduced rate. These restrictions will be stated in the specific promotional terms. Wagering on excluded games while a bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Abuse: pjko reserves the right to void bonuses and cancel associated winnings where it determines, in its reasonable judgment, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-variance betting patterns designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine risk, matched betting, or the use of automated betting software.

The following general betting rules apply to all sports betting and event wagering conducted through the pjko Platform. Product-specific rules for individual sports markets, including cricket, are published in the relevant section of the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

• Bet acceptance: A bet is accepted and confirmed only when the Player receives an on-screen confirmation from the Platform displaying a unique bet reference number. Bets not confirmed in this manner are not valid.
• Odds: All odds are displayed in decimal format unless the Player selects an alternative display format. Odds are subject to change up to the moment of bet placement. The odds applicable to a bet are those displayed at the time the bet is confirmed by the Platform.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to individual markets and may vary based on the event, market type, and the Player's account history. pjko reserves the right to impose individual stake limits on any account at its sole discretion.
• Void bets: pjko reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) the odds were materially incorrect due to a technical error; (b) the event to which the bet relates was cancelled, abandoned, or suspended before the applicable outcome was determined; (c) the bet was placed after the actual start of the event due to a data feed delay; or (d) the bet was placed in breach of these Terms.
• In-play betting: In-play (live) betting markets are offered on selected events. In-play bets are subject to the same rules as pre-match bets. Live odds may be suspended at any time at pjko's discretion, including during significant match events such as wickets, boundaries, or video review decisions in cricket.
• Results and settlement: Bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Bangladesh Cricket Board, the ICC, or FIFA) or, where no official result is published, based on pjko's reasonable determination. Settlement timeframes may vary; pjko aims to settle markets within 12 hours of an event concluding.

pjko offers a casino lobby comprising RNG (Random Number Generator) slot games, live dealer table games, video poker, and bingo products. The following terms apply to all casino game activity on the Platform:

• Game availability: The availability of specific games may vary based on the Player's location and account status. pjko reserves the right to add, remove, or modify games in the casino lobby at any time without prior notice.
• RNG certification: All RNG games offered on the pjko Platform are sourced from certified third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, and Spribe. These providers are subject to independent testing and certification for game fairness and RNG integrity. pjko does not control the RNG outcomes of these games.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pjko Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform, whether using your own identity or that of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or in response to a KYC verification request.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age, or allowing a person under 21 to use your account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanical or electronic means to place bets, access the Platform, or interfere with its operation.
• Engaging in match-fixing, corruption, or any conduct intended to manipulate the outcome of any event offered on the Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation may be voided.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or employing low-risk wagering strategies specifically designed to extract bonus value without genuine play intent.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity. pjko cooperates fully with law enforcement and financial intelligence authorities in connection with any such activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pjko staff or other players through any communication channel provided by the Platform.

pjko reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by pjko's compliance team.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Detection of duplicate accounts associated with the same individual.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute initiated against pjko by the Player or the Player's payment provider.
• A request for self-exclusion submitted by the Player.

Where an account is suspended or closed due to a suspected breach of these Terms, pjko may withhold the account balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a material breach, pjko reserves the right to forfeit the balance as a remedy for damages suffered.

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Where no investigation is pending and no breach has been identified, the account balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method following completion of applicable verification checks.

pjko is committed to promoting responsible gambling and to providing tools that help Players maintain control over their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming provisions are available to all registered Players:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once set, a limit takes effect immediately and cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours. Reductions to deposit limits take effect immediately.
• Session time reminders: Players may configure session duration reminders that will notify them after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-off period: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, the Player will not be able to log in, place bets, or access the casino lobby.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to: (a) reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform; (b) modify or create derivative works based on Platform content; (c) use data mining, robots, or similar data gathering tools on the Platform; or (d) frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or application.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content terminates the licence granted above and may constitute an infringement of pjko's intellectual property rights, for which pjko may seek appropriate legal remedies.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pjko's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform (whether in contract, tort, including negligence, or otherwise) shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to your pjko account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pjko expressly excludes liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, data, or anticipated savings, whether direct or indirect.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive loss or damage.
• Losses arising from interruptions to Platform availability caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, telecommunications outages, or events beyond pjko's reasonable control (force majeure).
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to keep their login credentials secure.
• The accuracy or completeness of any odds, statistics, or other data displayed on the Platform where such data is sourced from a third-party provider.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes pjko's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

pjko collects, processes, and stores personal data in connection with the operation of the Platform. The collection and use of your personal data is governed by pjko's Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an account on pjko, you confirm that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

In summary, pjko may use your personal data for the purposes of: account administration; KYC and fraud prevention; payment processing; customer support; responsible gaming monitoring; and, where you have provided consent, the delivery of promotional communications. pjko does not sell your personal data to third parties.

pjko reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where an amendment is material, pjko will provide notice of the change via a prominent notice on the Platform homepage and, where practicable, by email to the address registered on your account, at least 7 days before the amendment takes effect.

Where an amendment is required urgently, for example to address a regulatory change, a security vulnerability, or a legal obligation, pjko may implement the amendment with immediate effect and provide notice as soon as reasonably practicable thereafter.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request the closure of your account.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under any applicable local law.

In the event of a dispute between you and pjko, you should first contact the pjko support team at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. pjko will use reasonable efforts to resolve any dispute within 14 business days of receiving written notification of the issue.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal proceedings. Any formal legal proceedings must be commenced within 12 months of the date on which the dispute first arose; claims not brought within this period are permanently barred.
